In the News 15%

Each week, students must bring a written synopsis of a news article to discussion section. The synopsis must include the citation/link to the news piece, and a discussion of how you think the article connects to Latin American History. Potential articles can be found from the LatAm in the News page on the course website. Students are responsible for making 12 synopses during the semester. The synopses will be graded on a credit/no-credit scale. Due each week.
